AFF C190
At the heart of the AFF C190 storage system is the AFF A220 performance platform, which runs on the standard ONTAP proprietary operating system (OS). The AFF C190 storage system has support for all the same functional solutions as the rest of the FAS series.
The system comes standard with 24 SSD drives, each with a capacity of 960 GB.

With this software, you can solve in-house tasks within the corporation for local and remote replication, snapshots of file systems, storage virtualisation, data backup, data protection, etc.
The NetApp AFF C190 can be delivered (at an additional cost) with a powerful enterprise data management administrative platform that has support for other storage vendors – OnCommand Insight.
Available ports in the C190 solution are:

- 10 GBE Cluster Networking (2 pcs.);
- Micro-B (console access) USB port (1 pc);
- USB port type A (1 pc.);
- Serial port of RJ45 type (Console) (1 pc.).
NetApp’s AFF C190 is an entry-level FAS All Flash system. It has limitations in terms of expanding the volume of disc drives (only 24 pieces on the device), but perfectly copes with high-performance software that requires a disc system of small size.
